We are currently seeking a proactive and well organised Graduate Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team based in Kwinana on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to apply their recently gained qualifications in a diverse work environment and gain practical experience by working on exciting HR projects.You will collaborate with the HR Team, and be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources function in the delivery of the full range of people related activities across the entire employee lifecycle.About the RoleKey responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing ongoing administrative support to the Human Resources Team.Ensuring compliance documentation and administrative tasks are recorded, actioned and completed accurately.Participating in the recruitment process.Assisting with Onboarding and Offboarding activities.Coordinating HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts and variations.Maintaining and updating employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who:Is a graduate of a relevant Australian university with a qualification in Human Resources.Has the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team.Understands social media and passive talent attraction through career portals such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn.Is selfmotivated with thorough numeric, written and verbal communication skills.Why join CoogeeThe people within our team come from different walks of life offering a wealth of knowledge and operational experience.
