You''ll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day.What youll doLead and develop a team, ensuring that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.Coach and train your team, developing their skills in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support.Create a roster for your team to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are covered.Work with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities.Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction.Complete time and attendance activities for your team members, such as tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy.Order all consumables for your stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within a budget.In addition to your regular duties, work as part of the Proactive Services Team, providing cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services.What youll bringAmbitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people.Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.A good eye for cleanliness and small details.Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks.Ability to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes.Organized to ensure your team has all the equipment and supplies they need.Comfortable working with a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conducts, etc.).A valid full Australian driver''s license (Green Ps or full license) is essential.What youll experienceOur Team Members are at the heart of everything we do, and were always looking for ways to support your career journey and reward great work:Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands.An attractive remuneration package including base + super.A range of programs to help you prioritize and manage your wellbeing.Woolworths Group is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
