Wed love to meet you.OverviewThe purpose of this roleThe purpose of the Coordinator role is to support the team in all tasks that lead to delivering best-in-class media campaigns for Spark clients. The Coordinator is also responsible for a broad scope of general duties ensuring that all outputs are delivered on time, error free and to the highest standards. A Coordinator will develop their media skills in the role, gaining important on the job training as well as external training. The Coordinator supports the Activation Executive in campaign implementation, however should expect to support the broader Activation team where necessary.What key accountabilities does this role have?Smooth delivery of all assets by pulling specs together and liaising with creative agencies and media owners.Ensure specs documents are correct and provide all required details.Check that all ad placements run as booked, gathering evidence and documenting this, liaising with internal teams and publishers.Learn to buy and track TV campaigns in the first year.Monitor digital media performance with support and communicate delivery to broader team and/or clients.Work with internal and external teams to ensure all campaigns are trafficked and tracking in line with campaign parameters.Assist in the delivery of media responses that achieve the best client outcomes, in conjunction with the activation team.Work with media partners directly from brief to implementation depending on medium and campaign scale.Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners.What are the keys requirements and experience for this role?Works well within a team environment.Ability to develop strong relationships with internal teams, media partners, and clients.Curious with a willingness for continuous learning and progression.Attention to detail that is second to none.Strong planning, project, and time management skills.Good communication and presentation skills.Additional informationPublicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world''s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
