Career Opportunities: Program Coordinator - Transformation Office (2161)Delivering Energy Today, Powering Your Tomorrow.Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving transformational change within CS Energy? We are seeking a dedicated Transformation Office Coordinator to support our dynamic Transformation Office Manager in achieving strategic objectives.As the Transformation Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our Transformation Office. Your role will encompass coordinating and supporting critical functions such as project validation, prioritisation, and governance across CS Energys transformation portfolio.Duties include but are not limited to:Supports the collation, analysis and validation of CS Energy transformation projects, including prioritisation and sequencing.Supports the coordination, attends and provide inputs for Workstream and Steering Committee meetings.Supports the delivery of transformation portfolio insights, risks and recommended actions to CS Energy''s executive team.Supports the configuration of the Amplify Strategy Execution platform and maintain the platform as required.Supports the design, creation and communication of and support workstreams to provide required Amplify inputs to enable this reporting in a timely and consistent way.Supports the effort to build transformation capability (e.g. workshops, working sessions, training materials, direct coaching) for workstream leaders, project owners and other stakeholders as relevant in the Transformation Office ways of working.Coordinates the generation of inputs to and supports the Transformation Office on matters regarding people and role impacts, finance governance, forecast and actual costs and/or benefits relating to Transformation projects.Coordinates the design and delivery of change practices and activities required to enable the CS Energy Transformation agenda.ABOUT YOUWhats in it for youAn exciting time to join the Energy Industry with numerous new renewable energy projects underway.Competitive salary and benefits on offer with 12.75 % employer superannuation and an annual incentive payment.Hybrid flexible working environment with brand new offices in Fortitude Valley close to the train station.To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:Bachelors degree in finance, business, project management, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in a program or portfolio management coordinator role.Strong business acumen, commercial judgment, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups across various functional areas.Experience with Amplify or other project/program management software is desirable.Experience in the energy industry is preferable.Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to manage and drive success in a dynamic project environment.Aptitude for developing effective relationships and influencing others.Highly motivated, problem-solving, and results-driven individual.ABOUT USCS Energy is a proudly Queensland-owned and based company that provides competitively priced and reliable energy to some of our states biggest industries and employers.
