This role is assigned responsibility for planned and/or unplanned maintenance work execution and work quality in normal operations and within shutdown periods.The Electrical maintenance team scope of works covers a broad skill set, including Electrical tradespeople, Mechanical utilities and supporting the camp employees.Your duties will include but not be limited to:Actively manage the health and safety of the team, timely management of incidents and completion of actions derived from incident investigations within the agreed due date.Coordinate and supervise maintenance resources to complete planned and reactive maintenance work at the required quality in compliance with the relevant standards and procedures.Oversee work request scoping, work order close out, history collection, materials management, completion of inspection test plans and other maintenance work processes and quality processes related to maintenance work management.Manage workshops, tooling, vehicles and other assets within the Electrical Maintenance Department.Develop and manage the performance of the maintenance crew members and contractors.Analyse and report on maintenance key performance indicators.What youll bringYou''ll bring at least 5 years experience post trade, with 2 years supervisory experience and have a strong understanding of maintenance and quality processes.
