In this role, youll lead operational performance across the Fitstop network, implementing scalable systems that drive growth and unlock new revenue opportunities. As a key leader, youll mentor a high-performing operations and fitness team, ensuring operational excellence, delivering a consistent and high-quality product across the network, driving impactful results, and fostering a culture of performance in every location.What youll do:Develop and implement operational systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive network growth.Analyse business plans and P&Ls to uncover opportunities for profitability improvements and operational enhancements.Lead and mentor the operations team, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on achieving goals.Oversee pre-opening, resale, and relaunch strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional franchisee and franchisor experiences.Lead the Fitness team to ensure the Fitstop product is delivered consistently across all locations and inline with the Fitstop perfect session standards.Resolve complex operational challenges, providing practical, effective solutions that support franchisee success.Ensure collaboration across Operations, Fitness, and Marketing to deliver key campaigns and challenges in line with Fitstops annual operational calendar. Ensure effective network education and in-location execution.Track and analyse KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.Implement and manage technology, CRM, and tools strategically to optimise operational performance, ensure seamless network operations, and enable transparent reporting.Maintain consistency in brand standards, product delivery, and campaign execution across all locations.Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian legislation, including ACCC, WH&S, and HR regulations.Drive performance and successful delivery of Fitstop in international markets, partnering with master franchisees to ensure strategic growth and operational success.What were looking for:5+ years of experience in franchise operations, business growth, and process management.Strong financial and strategic acumen, with expertise in P&L management.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience with complex operational issues.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Solid understanding of Australian business compliance, including ACCC, WH&S, and HR legislation.A passion for fitness and its positive impact on people''s lives.Why join the Fitstop team?Competitive Salary + BonusGrowth opportunities with a growing global brandComplimentary Fitstop & Snap Fitness Gym MembershipsReady to make an impact?If you''re ready to lead operational growth and help scale a global fitness brand, apply now with your CV and cover letter.
