They may assist with the design and implementation of targeted case management strategies for caseloads and lead or contribute to national quality improvement projects.These roles are responsible for:Undertaking pre-constitution functions related to the management and resolution of cases including conducting Tribunal case events, ensuring consistent, accessible, timely and high-quality services to external and internal users.
