Experienced 3 Year-old Early Childhood TeacherBambini Early Learning located in Sunbury on Mitchell''s Lane is now seeking an Experienced Early Childhood Teacher to confidently lead and mentor staff, while supporting and driving pedagogical practices that are aligned to approved learning frameworks, early learning philosophy, organisational purpose, values, policies, and procedures in our 22 place 3 year old Funded Kindergarten.Within our service, we endeavor to showcase a warm and nurturing learning environment, fostering, guiding and developing educator and family understanding around play based learning and promoting inspiring learning opportunities for children aged birth to 5 years.Bambini is a service that aspires to be a leader in the field and a model for collaboration, partnerships, participation and professionalism tied in with a Reggio Emilia approach. The Early Childhood Teacher role within Bambini is an influential position that inspires children and extends knowledge, practice, and pedagogy to provide high quality care to children and families within the education sector.About you:You will:A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)Possess demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment.Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation.Hold a current First Aid Cert, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.Hold a current full registration (or Provisional) VIT.Possess a strong level of communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the children and families and other team members.Be proactive in advocating for children''s rights.Be an inspiring leader and positive role model.Hold values to empower children, families and our community.Have a strong understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), VEYLDF (Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework) and the NQS (National Quality Standards).Your credentials:Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.Flexible work options we promote work/life balance.Discounted (60% off) childcare.Paid birthday leave.Above award salary & wages for experienced staff.Full support from an established Support Office team.A fun, collaborative and supportive work culture.6 weeks'' annual leave.How to apply:If you are passionate and looking to work in an exciting industry, we would love to hear from you and have you join our Bambini family.
