Our curriculum ensures access to quality Literacy and Numeracy programs and incorporates Information Communication Technologies into learning.Selection CriteriaSC1: Demonstrated experience and skills in a Daily Organisation/Operation role.SC2: Proficiency in the use of office systems relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office suite, Cases, Compass.SC3: Advanced administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.SC4: Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.SC5: A demonstrated commitment to professional growth and learning.RoleThe role consists of office administration with a focus on supporting leadership with daily operations.Preferred work hours are 7:30am to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday. No school holiday attendance is required.An education support class position at this range will perform tasks in accordance with guidelines and school policy under supervision. This may include coordination of other education support staff.ResponsibilitiesDaily Coordination SupportWork with school leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.Allocate daily replacement extras and employ Casual Relief Teachers as required.Prepare Payroll and Timesheet documentation and data entry.Maintain resources to support CRTs in their role.Keep an up-to-date database of Casual Relief Teachers and maintain accurate records.Ensure documentation is maintained at the highest level and confidentiality regarding staffing information is upheld.Office AdministrationProvide routine clerical or administrative support including telephone inquiries and mail deliveries.Maintain, enter and retrieve data from the school''s IT systems.Support the preparation of standard internal and external communication.Assist in delivering first aid to students.Perform other administrative duties as directed by the Principal or Business Manager.Who May ApplyIndividuals with the aptitude, experience, and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.EEO AND OHS CommitmentThe Department of Education is committed to equal opportunity and values diversity and inclusion.
