We are thrilled to be exclusively partnering with our client for the recruitment of a full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist located in the inner city of Brisbane.Our client is one of the leading convenience store chains in Australia, with over 85 locations and growing. This dynamic brand is committed to providing customers with everything they need, whether its groceries, snacks, fuel, or essential services.The Role:This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Youll be the first point of contact at reception while also juggling a mix of administration, reporting, and office coordination tasks. From supporting the executive team to managing travel bookings and company resources, youll play a key role in keeping the office organised and efficient. More specifically:Managing receptionanswering calls, greeting visitors, and handling meeting room bookings.Providing administrative support to the executive team and other departments as required.Organising and arranging catering requirements for board meetings and team milestones.Coordinating recruitment job adverts and induction processes.Handling company uniform orders and tracking inventory.Managing credit card expense reconciliations and EOM reporting.Preparing and distributing executive meeting Board packs.Overseeing company vehicle management (booking in servicing etc).Organising and managing the directors and senior leadership travel bookings (flights/accommodation).Acting as a key liaison for office tenants on behalf of the company (monthly).General office administration to ensure everything runs like clockwork.The ideal candidate:You will have demonstrated ability in the following criteria to be successful:A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an office administrator and/or receptionist.Be professionally presented, be friendly and confident handling enquiries.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, HubSpot (desirable)).Organised, efficient, and great with multitasking.Able to manage confidential information with care.Be proactive in daily duties and responsibilities (action oriented).Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.Must have full working rights in Australia.The Benefits:$65k $70k + Super.Start at 8 am, finish at 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday).Close vicinity to a ferry terminal (5 mins walk) and local bus stops.
