The Orchestra Librarian and Production Assistant is part of a small orchestra management team responsible for the operations of the orchestra library as well as assisting the production team leading Orchestra Victorias performances and other activities. The Orchestra Librarian and Production Assistant will work closely with musicians, artistic staff, contractors, and the wider Orchestra Victoria team to deliver high-quality events. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and proactive person, possess technical orchestral and production knowledge, be able to work on their own initiative, take on responsibility, and fit into a small team working to a consistently high standard.This position is Melbourne-based but may require travel within Australia.
