About the roleARC is looking for a motivated Operator to join our team, working across our Bayswater & Kilsyth sites. This role goes beyond machine operationyou''ll also play a key part in customer service, assisting customers with their orders and ensuring they receive the best experience.You''ll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. It also opens doors for career progression and development opportunities.Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 7:30 4:00PM, the hourly rate will be $35.88 PH.What Youll Be Doing:Operating machinery to shape & cut reinforcing bar and meshAssisting customers by helping load their orders and providing excellent serviceForklift & overhead crane operation (training provided if needed)Picking and packing orders accuratelyLoading & unloading trucks for customers and deliveriesWorking collaboratively in a safety-focused teamHave variety in your work operations and customer interactionWhat Were Looking For:A team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethicSomeone with initiativeyoull be engaging with customers, so a helpful mindset is keyPrior experience in machine operation, warehousing, or customer service (preferred)Ability to learn quickly, especially when using computers and internal systemsA forklift license is a plus, but were happy to provide trainingA strong focus on safety and teamworkKey BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
