There is already an established client base here and a strong pipeline of work coming through, so we dont require you to bring a book of clients and work over. That said, we are looking for someone who enjoys client development and can demonstrate prior success in securing work (even if you cant bring any of those clients with you).This team is recognised as being at the very top of the mid-market M&A sector, acting for private equity, VC and major corporates on various buy-side transactions as well as advising startups, founders and large business owners on their capital raises, investments and sales. There is also a strong Capital Markets practice here and depending on your skillset and preferences we can incorporate that stream into this role too.This is a busy and growing Corporate M&A practice with a solid stable of Associates and junior SAs, and half a dozen Partners in Melbourne who all come from top-tier backgrounds.
