Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring that the function of Operations is executed effectively and efficiently, meeting the expectations of both customers and the Company.Pending the successful candidate, there is the opportunity to provide leadership and management support to our Wingfield, SA branch.Key Responsibilities:Achieve Sales, Gross Profit and Opex budgets.Manage, monitor and action outstanding Customer Sales Orders, Purchase Orders.Manage Ageing profile of Inventory categories and Production Orders.Manage and action invoicing.Manage and oversee workshop and warehouse activities.Ensure branch inventory is managed in line with monthly and yearly inventory KPI targets.Review and provide sign off on branch technical reports.Monitor and develop Service Technicians.Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.Key Accountabilities:Contributing to and implementing the organisations operations plan in line with overall business performance goals.Delivery of Branch Sales Targets.Delivery of agreed Operations KPI targets.To be successful in this role, you will have the following:Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.SAP experience or other ERP systems.Customer Relationship Management Software.We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and value diversity in our workforce, recognising and valuing all people who bring their own unique backgrounds, capabilities, experiences and characteristics to work.
