If you are looking to become a part of a strong local team with access to our wider Queensland and interstate (NSW, ACT) Clinical Services teams, Northcott would love to meet you!Salary on offer is up to $113,514.39 + super + salary packaging, depending on experience.As a Speech Pathologist you will:Provide timely, evidenced based, person-centred therapy services to children and adults with a disability within a multi-disciplinary team.Manage a paediatric and mixed caseload with complex and varied needs, working with customers of all ages, their families and carers to identify strengths, skills and goals.Use appropriate assessment tools and methods to assess strengths and areas of development, in order to identify suitable intervention strategies.Be able to deliver therapy in a variety of environments, e.g. centre based, schools/preschools, group homes, homes and via telehealth.Contribute proactively to the ongoing development of professional knowledge and skills within the Speech Pathology profession.Champion and promote the Northcott values; innovative, respectful and brave''.We would love for you to bring to Northcott:Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with SPA registration.Knowledge of strengths-based practice, as well as family and person-centred approaches.Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and/or adult caseload.Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient and effective manner.An understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee for service model is desired.Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
