As a key member of the team, youll take ownership of MarTech, first-party data, loyalty programs, and customer experience initiatives, while also driving SEO/SEM strategies and futureproofing Signatures digital capabilities. With succession planning on the horizon, this role offers a clear path to expanded responsibilities and leadership opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 2 direct reports and 2 indirect across loyalty and customer service, driving key CX and loyalty initiatives.Develop and implement loyalty strategies aligned with acquisition, retention, revenue, and engagement goals.Monitor and optimise customer feedback through NPS, CSAT, and other CX metrics, addressing key pain points.Map customer journeys and personas to enhance omnichannel experiences and drive personalisation.Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty, eCommerce, and CX aspirations into digital platforms, including apps and CRM tools.Own and optimise CRM platforms (Braze, mParticle) and other customer tools, ensuring data integrity and impactful automation programs.Provide key insights and macro-trend analysis to inform strategic decisions across loyalty, CX, and digital innovation.Take a leadership role in futureproofing and succession planning within the organisation.Key RequirementsExperience in hospitality, QSR, or sports-related industries is highly regarded but not a requirement.Demonstrated success in implementing loyalty programs and leveraging first-party data.Proven track record of enhancing customer journeys and driving engagement.Strong understanding of digital strategy, including SEO/SEM, and app development.A proactive, ambitious attitude and a fun, engaging personality that aligns with the brands playful culture.Key Outcomes & Measures of Success:Increased customer frequency and venue engagement.Enhanced personalisation and seamless omnichannel customer experiences.Significant growth in app engagement and functionality improvements.Delivering cost-effective digital strategies with measurable ROI.CultureSignature Hospitality Group is all about creating an enjoyable, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment.
