Suitable for school leavers or candidates looking for a career change!The ProgramThe SEAWAY Cadetship Program is a two-year introductory training program which will equip you with the fundamental skills and hands-on experience to develop a long-term operational career in the warehouse logistics industry.Throughout the program you will obtain a forklift licence and learn the key functions of our 3PL warehousing, cool room and airside facilities across several internal SEAWAY Group departments, spanning various areas of the supply chain. Additional upskilling & training opportunities will also be offered, subject to availability.Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position within the SEAWAY Group.Location & Working HoursThis is a full-time opportunity with varied start and finish times, averaging 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
