You will have access to:Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.Amazing health and wellness benefits and perks.A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.Accountability & Scope:The Commercial Analyst shares responsibility for the rebate and pricing process, contract management, and maintaining/developing the ANZ Vascular PBI dashboard, as well as contributing to continuous process improvement and system implementation.Major ResponsibilitiesMaintain contract list (rebate, commercial deals, pricing, tenders) to ensure it is up to date, alerting any expiring contracts to internal stakeholders.Management of rebate/commercial deal process:Ensure rebate/commercial deal calculation, accrual, and revenue adjustment is aligned with the latest contracts.Ensure rebate/commercial deal system adjustments are made on time.Ensure timely liaising with customers for rebate payments with accuracy.Provide insightful contract performance reporting both internally and externally.Highlight contract performance issues with internal stakeholders for action.Management of pricing process:Create and maintain pricing master data to ensure all invoicing is accurate and consistent with the approved commercial policy.Update product price changes in SAP in a timely manner post new agreement execution or list price change.Act as subject matter expert in pricing matters, being the point of contact for all pricing queries.Analyze pricing discrepancies and work with sales, customer service, and external customers to resolve issues promptly.Ensure internal controls are designed and operationally effective in relation to pricing changes.Be the custodian of pricing governance, ensuring all discounts have the required approvals and managing the documentation.Ensure all documentation and approvals are in a controlled environment:Act as contact point for commercial deals for audits of SOPs relating to pricing, tender, and commercial proposals.Process improvement:Proactively identify and address process gaps and propose solutions for improvement.Understand project management foundations and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement new initiatives.Opportunity to further develop in expanded commercial finance function including contract proposals, dashboard development, business partnering, and system implementation.Minimum Background/Experience Required:Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial finance environment; experience in financial modeling, contracts, and tenders will be advantageous.Advanced Excel skills are a must; PBI skills will be advantageous.Healthcare industry experience will be advantageous.Experience in system implementation and PBI dashboard development will be advantageous.Strong analytical mindset.Strong attention to detail.Excellent clear communication in verbal and written format.Education:Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
