The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a full time People & Culture Manager to join our operations.The People & Culture Manager will support SeaLink K''gari operations including Kingfisher Bay Resort, K''gari Beach Resort, K''gari Explorer Tours, marine operations and support services, and will be part of a team that values integrity and teamwork. This position will work closely with the General Managers of the Resorts, leaders and team members to provide a customer focused, high-quality people & culture consultancy service, focusing on areas such as industrial and employee relations, recruitment, engagement activities and enterprise agreement negotiations.This role also manages a small team of people and culture professionals.About YouYou will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator (both verbally and in writing).
