Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, our new Service & Warranty Administrator will have demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with the skills to manage and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.What youll do:Work closely with the Service & Warranty team and project teamsCoordinate calendars and provide administration support for the Service & Warranty team, including arranging meetings with internal/external/relevant partiesManage and respond to customer complaints and manage the defect portalData mining, including but not limited to project and supplier historyRaise purchase ordersManage insurance claims, reports, and costsCreate bank charges and provide approval on retention and bank guaranteesWeekly and monthly reportingSet the agenda for, record minutes, and participate in weekly meetingsAbout you:Genuine interest in working in the construction industryCareer profile as a dedicated administration professionalCustomer-centric attitude with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbalCirca 3 to 5+ years experience working in a similar team administration support roleExposure to working in a construction company or parallel field environment is highly desirableDemonstrated experience within administrationHigh level of proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint)Sound construction knowledge and understanding of building/construction tradesStrong prioritisation, task management, attention to detail, and collaboration skillsHow youll benefit:5-day work week (exception of Site Managers/Supervisors who work 10 days in 14, with every other Saturday off)Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industryFree health assessments for all staffPaid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregiversFast-tracked career development opportunities and support through mentoring, workshops, and retreatsIndustry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learned, and other resources.Kapitol values diversity and aims to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces, and respects differences.
