You will be tasked with expanding our presence within the local government sector, helping them utilize the power of the latest cloud & technology solutions.The role is fast paced, focused on building solutions, effectively managing leads, accelerating work flows, engagements, and active proposals. Self-driven and experienced in smashing those sales targets and developing your territory, you will leverage LAB3s engineering might and our past successes to reach new heights in your career. The role will require solid business development & account management skills.A strong background in client focused environments will be paramount to your success, as will experience in and understanding of cloud technologies.What will you bring?You will have sales and client engagement experience selling solutions based on Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud (or other cloud offerings, but we do have a soft spot for Azure!), DevOps, Data, Security, Networking, Digital Transformation, M365 & the Modern WorkplaceYou have experience in selling solutions & services and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets (at least realistic ones!)You can understand state government requirements and procedures and know the best way to generate new business opportunities.You''re able to identify client issues, effectively communicate our value proposition, accurately capture requirements, problem solve, and present our products as THE winning solution (which they are!)You have a technical foundation and are capable of understanding business transformation needs and can work with internal/external teams to develop a technology transformation road map.You are a pro at building and maintaining relationships at Senior, Director & C-suite levels.You have that ability to roll up your sleeves to make things work whilst building the business pipelines.
