Partner with local service providers to optimize process efficiencies.Ethical Representation and Client Identification: Represent TGF with integrity, adhering to our values and ethical standards. Identify target clients based on strategic criteria such as annual turnover, industry segment, key trade lanes, and growth potential.Process Efficiency and Market Feedback: Provide accurate and timely information to client services, operations, and sales support to streamline processes. Offer market feedback and competitor pricing insights to the Pricing Manager to maintain competitive pricing strategies.Service Consistency: Ensure high reliability and consistency in service delivery, aiming for a seamless customer experience ("no surprise offering").Global Collaboration: Collaborate with Toll''s global network to boost gross profit and volume in key trade lanes.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Previous experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is essential.Comprehensive understanding of freight, customs procedures, geography, and trade lanes. With an in-depth knowledge of global forwarding operations, markets, competitors, carriers, and services.Proven track record in customer retention and growth strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with customers to implement supply chain solutions.
