Health & Safety Advisor - Filipino SpeakerWant to work on Australias largest transmission line project?Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project timeline.The RoleThis role will support our overhead transmission line teams, and may be based across multiple site locations, over the next 12 month period. These locations may include Wagga Wagga, Balranald, Buronga, amongst others. You will act as Health and Safety Advisor, and partner with our Filipino overseas foreign workers, who work as specialists in the stringing and rigging area of our project, under our Labor Agreement. Hence, the requirement for this particular team member to be able to speak Filipino (Tagalog).The roster for this role would be 14:7, on a FIFO (or DIDO) basis.Who you areCourageous. Motivated.
