You will bring:Demonstrated minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations or similar fields.Strong leadership and decision-making skills, guiding teams effectively.Financial acumen in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive guest and team interactions.Strategic and proactive in business development and service improvement.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high service, safety, and cleanliness standards.Effective problem-solving and handling guest concerns efficiently.Adaptable to changing business needs and industry trends.Passion for sustainability and promoting eco-friendly business practices.WHAT YOULL DOAs a Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our hotels, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Lead and mentor teams in Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to uphold service standards.Manage budgets, analyse financials, and implement cost controls to boost profitability.Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings, guest retention, and brand visibility.Ensure smooth Front Office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.Support Food & Beverage in service delivery, menu development, and cost efficiency.Oversee Housekeeping to maintain cleanliness, linen management, and resource efficiency.Address guest concerns promptly and implement service improvements.Coordinate cross-department operations for seamless guest service.Conduct inspections to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance.Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and costs.WHATS NEXTIf you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, we invite you to apply.
