We are seeking 3 skilled Sales Representatives to lead our growth and sales strategies in:- Goomalling, WA- Bordertown, SAThis is your opportunity to take the next step in your career pathway, or the opportunity for your next challenge.As we expand our Goldacres Sprayer Centre businesses across Australia, were looking for three skilled Sales Representatives to join our teams in Goomalling, Bordertown, and St Arnaud. This is a chance to step up in your career or take on a new challenge while leading sales growth in a rapidly evolving industry.At Goldacres, you will focus on being an expert in a single, leading brand. You wont be juggling multiple brandsyoull be able to specialise and develop deep expertise in Goldacres sprayers.About the roleThe purpose of these roles is to build and enhance our Customer bases by supporting existing and developing new Customers, achieving the location sprayer sales revenue and gross margin targets, and ensuring repeat sales through Customer relationship management activities.Summary of responsibilitiesCall on current and prospective Customers determining and understanding their needs, and presenting Goldacres spraying solutions.Provide the Workshop with information regarding local repair and service opportunities.Attend local field days and demo days, promoting products and technology, including emerging technology.Manage the process of sprayer trade-ins, and work with Service Teams to assess costs of sprayer pre-delivery or refurbishment.Ensure the successful start-up of all sprayers on farm, ensuring the Customer and operators are trained in the efficient, productive and safe operation.Lead the development of sales plans and associated budgets.Develop weekly and monthly action plans in order to achieve sales targets.About youYou have a proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You have strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.You are highly motivated and driven to achieve results, with relevant sales or industry experience.What we offerThis role attracts a remuneration package consisting of:A salary in the range of $65,000 p.a. - $95,000 p.a., depending on experience and capability, + SuperannuationCommission on sales of Self Propelled Sprayer, trailed sprayers above 2500 litres, and retrofit of some precision agriculture options.Company vehicle, laptop computer, mobile phone.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a sales representative?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?Do you have customer service experience?What''s your expected annual base salary?Do you have a current Australian driver''s licence? #J-18808-Ljbffr
