Packages, wraps, seals, weighs, and labels product with automated wrapping machine. Stocks and rotates display case.Follows Costco formulas and diagrams and monitors finished product to ensure department consistency and quality standards are met.Complies with health regulations, such as sanitation, temperatures, and pull dates. Upholds safety and security procedures.Restocks and handles large boxes of ingredients and supplies.Cleans equipment by disassembling and spraying with cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Washes and sanitizes parts in a 3-compartment sink.Fills out time and temperature record forms. Records product to be salvaged, damaged, or destroyed for Manager audit.Cleans all areas by sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping, scrubbing, and low-pressure washing. Empties drain screens and trash. Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler.Cleans equipment, department area, and assists bakers and other staff with general duties. Completes sanitation checklist after final cleanup.Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:Assists other areas in the department as necessary.*Costco is a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
