We are currently seeking applications for dedicated Youth Workers to join our team based in our Residential Houses located in our Rockhampton & Yeppoon.There are part time and casual positions available.Casuals can earn up to $45.58 per hour depending on experience and qualifications with penalty rates as high as $100 per hour on public holidays.Part time positions provide leave entitlements, guaranteed hours and a consistent roster, in addition to the benefit of Salary Packaging and night, weekend and public holidays penalties also apply.Our team provides young people with support in a homely and welcoming residential care setting. This role directly supports the day to day routine of young people, providing quality, safe care and guidance within their living environment and the community.You will be working within a team of Youth Workers and be responsible for ensuring that the young people are safe and that their welfare and wellbeing needs are met, while working towards planned goals and independence. You will be working with young people with a range of developmental, behavioural, and psychological needs.
