You will be responsible for supporting the department of Allergy and Immunology by taking a key role in leading the operations, administration, and financial management functions.What youll achieve: Lead and manage the administrative team Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Actively contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the department Manage the operational, administrative, and financial activities of Allergy and Immunology Provide direct line management and support of the Allergy and Immunology administration team membersYour skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in providing high level operational, financial or administrative support Proven leadership experience in a small to medium sized team environment Experience in developing and maintaining strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders.Other requirements: Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain Valid Working with Children Check Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain Compliance with RCHs Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases procedureApplication process:To apply, you will need a resume and a tailored cover letter outlining your skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
