The Trainer will need to deliver training sessions to frontline users, Support Services, and Operational Management as part of the transition to UKG WFM Pro. This project involves migrating all Wilson Group staff from a legacy Workforce Management system to the new platform.As the frontline advocate for this initiative, the Trainer will ensure all users receive the necessary education and support to effectively manage their rosters, timesheets, and availability within UKG WFM Pro.This role is to be on a fixed-term basis starting ideally in March 2025 through to March 2026.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop comprehensive training content for all stakeholders, including Security Guards, Operations Managers, Support Services, and Executives. Training delivery will be a mix of face-to-face sessions, online modules, and self-paced learning.Conduct and manage training needs analysis, define instructional objectives, and establish assessment methods.Design tailored curricula and supporting materials to align with Project Pinnacle, covering UKG WFM Pro and an invoicing solution for vendors.Create and maintain a library of inclusive and accessible training resources, including audio, video, and interactive simulations.Deliver scheduled training sessions and provide ongoing hyper care support through ad-hoc training and coaching as needed.Ensure compliance with Project Pinnacles document management standards and best practices.Uphold workplace policies and demonstrate Wilson Groups core values.Travel interstate as required for key face-to-face training events.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceExperience: 3 to 5 years in a similar Workforce Management (WFM) implementation, with UKG WFM Pro experience highly desirable.Qualifications: Minimum AQF Certificate IV in Training, with a strong foundation in contemporary adult learning principles. Candidates with over 5 years in a similar communications role will also be considered.Curriculum Development: Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs, including the creation of learning materials such as:Interactive simulations and recorded training modulesClear, concise instructional content with strong grammar and attention to detailExperience with Articulate 360, MS Video Editor, or similar tools (highly desirable)Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and project teams.
