Experience with hand/extremities surgical products would be highly advantageous.About the RoleWith a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, you will provide a range of technical and clinical support activities to surgeons and medical professionals within the public and private hospital operating theatre setting to ensure optimal patient and clinical outcomes.Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:Attending cases and providing clinical support for DEX proceduresDelivering results in line with the business strategy, ensuring the broader sales team are equipped to sell the DEX portfolio by providing product information and trainingActively supporting tenders and managing Private Hospital Group accountsOverseeing and managing key accounts in your sales regionMapping out and converting leads to execute successful product launchesUsing metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performanceAbout the RequirementsSuccessful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar, or experienced Scrub Nurses, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists or Paramedics looking to make a transition into sales.Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management and prioritisation skillsAbout ArthrexArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
