This role will see you responsible for the following:Operation of the Kiln ensuring timber is moved through the kiln operation to ensure it is dried to standard, then stored ready to be processed into finished decking or flooring boards.Treatment Plant Supervision Overseeing the pre-treating timber activities to prevent borer attack whilst air drying.Dry Mill Supervision Oversee up to ten operators producing finished decking or flooring boards.We arent expecting you to have prior experience in a Timber Mill (if you do, then great) but we are willing to train. To be successful in this role, you need to have some experience with MS EXCEL, as part of your responsibilities include Stocktakes (which utilise EXCEL).
