This will require cross business collaboration with design, operations, go to market, business development, commercial enablement and global OT leaders. In addition, you will expand, establish and manage the technology alliances relationships.Your key responsibilitiesThe Cyber Managed Services OT Product Management Lead is a strategic role responsible for the lifecycle management of cybersecurity managed services tailored to operational technology environments. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product vision, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful market delivery of OT security solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.Your role as a OT Product/Solution Lead is to strategise, develop and evolve our Cyber Managed Service offering, respond to market trends, act as a thought leader and drive market penetration across the region while collaborating with other regional and global teams.This is a role where no two days are the same so youll find yourself taking on plenty of new responsibilities as you go. Youll work alongside clients and colleagues, balancing your time between developing service offerings, advising stakeholders, providing workshops and supporting business development. Since youll be working directly with clients, some travel will be required.Skills and attributes for successDefine and own the product strategy and roadmap for OT cybersecurity managed services, in relation to Threat Detection & Response, Threat Exposure Management, Digital Identity and Third Party Risks.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the OT cybersecurity landscape.Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and prioritize product requirements.Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature definition, technical development, and go-to-market strategy inline with EYs Solution Accelerator Framework.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new products and services.Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product enhancements.Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for OT cybersecurity managed services, providing thought leadership and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and with the media.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.To qualify for the role, you must haveGood understanding and strong experience in Cyber OT space.10+ years of experience in delivering managed security services to clients globally and in APAC.Strong technical acumen with an understanding of OT environments, ICS/SCADA systems, and cybersecurity principles.Demonstrated success in managing cybersecurity products or services from inception to market success.Experience in scoping, effort estimation and deal sizing along with service risk management.Strong experience working in the cybersecurity domain with tools and technologies incl. emerging technologies (AI, ML, Analytics, etc.).Technical experience with TDR technologies and tools like Claroty, Nozumi, Splunk, Microsoft, CTI solutions, Identity solutions.Experience with both IT and OT/IOT security, along with Cyber analytics, automation and orchestration and RPA skills.Working experience on automation, improving operation efficiency, and service level managements for clients.Experience with global clients and global exposure as well as understand competitive landscape.Experience in managing and working with a cross functional team (onshore and/or offshore).Certifications like CEH, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM are good to have.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Ideally youll also haveProduct Management experience in services.What we look forWe are interested in flexible, motivated professionals with a natural ability to lead, solve complex problems, work as part of a team, and prioritise shifting workloads.
