As a critical member of our site, you will be responsible for overseeing daily rail and truck operations, leading a diverse team of dedicated operators and advocating safe work practices. Reporting to the Rail Operations Manager, you will ensure the efficient and productive operation of the Maldon Terminal.This role will suit a solutions-focused individual dedicated to safety, with a genuine interest in the day-to-day management and challenges of supervising the Terminal.
