Switch Sydney, New South Wales, AustraliaSolutions ArchitectAs a Solution Architect, you''ll be responsible for shaping, pricing, and designing system solutions, selecting appropriate technology stacks, and ensuring our solutions meet client needs while adhering to best practices in scalability, security, and performance.As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and technical experts, to ensure the successful design and delivery of transformative Digital Marketing solutions. Your deep understanding of the digital marketing sector, .NET based CMS technologies, and your ability to translate complex business requirements into sustainable solutions will be key to your success in this role.Solution Definition / DeliveryDesign and develop comprehensive architectural solutions for client projectsEvaluate and select appropriate technology stacks and frameworksCreate detailed solution designs and technical specificationsDevelop integration strategies for complex systemsEnsure scalability, security, and performance of proposed solutionsConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesContribute to the standardisation of architectural approaches across projectsDevelop and maintain technical documentationExtensive experience with Enterprise .NET CMS platforms (for e.g. Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack)Experience with headless CMS platforms (for e.g. Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack)Strong knowledge of web technologies, including frontend and backend frameworks (preferably React.js, Next.js, .NET)Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)Familiarity with microservices architecture and API designUnderstanding of security best practices and compliance requirementsKnowledge of DevOps practices and toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAs a Solution Architect you will have the opportunity to be involved in business sales support by working closely with our executive team to:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirementsExplain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersContribute to and present pitch decks and solutionsExperience in the digital agency or consulting environment is preferredLeadership & Team ManagementStay current with emerging technologies and industry trendsHave strong communication skills, both written and verbalProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teamsSupport / Mentor Team Members through team management / 1:1sAbout SwitchSwitch, the Platinum Sitecore implementation partner and award-winning digital agency, has recently won Sydney Design Awards, Good Design Award, Sitecore Experience Award, and has been shortlisted in the B&T Awards for best digital transformation.
