We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE) with a strong background in AGILE methodologies to oversee the planning and execution of program increments. This position is crucial for managing multiple teams under the SAFe framework and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and teams.ResponsibilitiesProven experience as a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program goals.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust to changing priorities effectively.Experience in managing program risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira or equivalent is preferred.Relevant certifications such as SAFe RTE, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar are highly desirable.About UsZone IT Solutions is an Australia-based Recruitment Company.
