Our Finance function is committed to delivering outstanding results and is focused on continuous improvement, process refinement and driving efficiencies to support the company''s growth and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team.About the RoleThe Accounts Receivable Officer plays a pivotal role in maintaining healthy cash flow for the business by effectively receiving, processing and collecting payments for goods and services. The role is key to ensuring financial stability for the company and supporting business operations.Key responsibilities include:Maximising revenue collection and cash flow through the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions;Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure data and insights provided by Finance are reliable;Working collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment delays, billing discrepancies or general account queries, while balancing strong customer relationships;Assessing creditworthiness of customers in conjunction with credit insurance control;Preparing, monitoring and analysing accounts receivable aging reports to identify and address overdue accounts, and to initiate and complete recovery actions.About YouAt Jands, sourcing a candidate with the right capabilities, skills and experience is important.
