Were looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Territory Manager / Merchandiser to help grow our brand presence in key retailers across Sydney.This is a part-time, fully remote role (3 days per week, ideally Tuesday Thursday), with flexibility and the potential to grow into a full-time position as we continue our rapid expansion.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work, we want to hear from you!What youll be doingAs our Territory Manager, youll be the face of FUNDAY in-store, working closely with key retail partners (primarily Woolworths and Coles) to drive sales, secure prime off-location space, and execute standout merchandising displays. Youll work autonomously to deliver results and identify new opportunities to grow our brand.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet KPIs and maximise brand visibility.Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers and Grocery Managers to secure off-location displays during key promotional periods.Create and execute eye-catching in-store displays that drive customer engagement and boost sales.Work independently to manage your travel and call schedule efficiently.Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and in-store opportunities, acting as the eyes and ears of the brand on the ground.Support marketing activations and trade shows in Sydney when required.What were looking forWere after someone who is proactive, driven, and loves getting stuck in.
