Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, dont worry if you dont meet all of them, wed still like to hear from you.2-3 years of experience as a Jira administrator or Systems Integrator with significant Jira experience.Proven experience implementing or managing Jira instances for teams of 150+Proven experience in system integration, with a strong understanding of SaaS solution integration and migration.Familiarity with integration platforms and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ESB).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and internal teams.What your impact and success looks likeAs a Jira Administrator we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:Within 1 month:Gain familiarity with the organization''s systems, infrastructure, software platforms, and integration tools.Get acquainted with ongoing projects, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Contribute in small ways to the Jira integration project, such as assisting with documentation, conducting basic system assessments, or shadowing team members.Review existing documentation related to systems, processes, and projects.Within 3 months:Become deeply involved with the Jira migration project, and be actively engaging in setup and migration activitiesBe interacting daily with internal clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide updates on project progress.Be actively contributing to problem-solving efforts within project teams, offering insights and suggestions for improving system integration processes.Within 6 months:Have delivered on the implementation of the Jira integration project, showing attention to detail and adherence to scope, and time parameters.Strengthened relationships with internal clients by providing proactive support, addressing concerns promptly, and offering value-added insights.Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization within ongoing projects and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.Share insights and lessons learned with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Whats in it for you?We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our Brisbane or Sydney office locations, 1-2 days a week.Were offering the chance to really make a difference here at Reapit and the opportunity for personal growth is very real.
