Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yrManaging Director at Briarwood ConstructionJob Summary: The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all on-site activities of construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. Key responsibilities include scheduling subcontractors, managing job site safety, performing inspections, and maintaining quality control. Current work sites are located in Northern Virginia (Manassas, Ashburn, Centreville, Lorton, and Sterling).Key Responsibilities:Oversee subcontractor, consultant, and vendor schedules to ensure timely project completion.Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and safety standards.Manage quality control, resolve conflicts, and track job site progress.Maintain daily logs, conduct site inspections, and address safety or quality issues.Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors and provide corrective notices when necessary.Monitor job site cleanliness and assist in resolving any scope discrepancies.Perform punch list tasks and support coordination with marketing and project team.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in construction management with projects ranging from $250,000 to $5 million.Strong knowledge of construction documents, plans, and specifications.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).Ability to lead, manage, and communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and team members.
