Our goal is to work together to achieve together by using our resources wisely.The RoleWe are looking for Permanent Part Time Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey NSW. You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.The LocationKempsey, New South Wales, is a charming town situated on the Mid North Coast of the state. Known for its scenic beauty along the Macleay River, Kempsey offers a blend of natural landscapes and a rich cultural heritage.What you will do:Reporting to the RN, you will lead the care teamCoordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensuring care plan compliance throughout the shiftAdvising and allocating care staffRecognition and escalation of the deteriorating residentProvision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsPromote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approachProviding ADL care to residentsMaintain documentation as per organisational standardsWhat you will bringRegistration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatoryOne year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered)Strong verbal and written communication skillsHold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careInterested?
