The business is owned and operated by a dynamic team of award-winning independent Dealers, supported by our offices in the eastern suburbs.We currently have an administrative role available within our Fleet Department at our Blackburn office, Tyrepower Limited. This is a general administration role with a focus on servicing the support needs of our Tyrepower Dealers and Fleet Customers. This role is suited to full time hours across Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm in a hybrid work environment.This role will work with our existing team, learning the ropes of our interesting and thriving business, taking ownership of much of the day-to-day administration needs. The role will become key points in our member support teams and get involved across a wide range of the work we complete on behalf of Tyrepower Members. Small teams with a big scope of work means there are opportunities to get involved in various aspects of the business driven by your skills and interests.Some of the tasks you may work on day to day include:Being the first point of contact for phone and email enquiriesInvestigating and coordinating the follow up of enquiries and support requestsGiving help-desk style support to stores on the Tyrepower systems and programsDaily Banking and Debtor follow upProducing price files for members and customersRecording, Updating, and Developing proceduresRolling out projects and business improvement programsGenerating ReportsAdministration for incoming membersAd Hoc admin and project work as requiredAbout You:You may be like us in that you enjoy being busy and are looking for a hands-on support role that will allow you to become an integral part of the services we provide to our members and making your mark in a team undergoing change and exciting opportunities.
