Your strong leadership will ensure the delivery of consistent, professional and clinical service across the LifeWorks Community Team. By working closely with a multidisciplinary team, your interpersonal skills will shine as you develop and implement a customer centric model amongst your team to ensure customers achieve social and economic participation in their community.Key responsibilities include:Mentor, lead and supervise including team members, junior therapists, AHAS, and studentsEnsure customers receive tailored Exercise Physiology servicesIdentify and develop individualised client interventions, therapy support plans and treatmentDelivering excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning and evidence-based practiceParticipate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniquesBuild and nurture collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders, referrers and providersCollaborate with the Allied Health Manager in health and business strategies to drive growth and service deliveryAbout you..To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary team.
