MSFs actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality.Benefits of working with MSFAustraliaFlexible & hybrid working arrangementsSalary packaging plus insurance benefits & allowancesAnnual salary & Performance reviewAnnual individual training budget & LinkedIn learning licenceEmployee Assistance ProgramStrong culture of diversity and inclusionAdditional leave & purchased leave optionsMonthly Friday afternoons off!ResponsibilitiesThis newly designed role will play a supporting role in defining data governance frameworks, building maturity in data management and fostering a culture of responsible data use at MSFA.As a voice for data, you will champion a culture where data is celebrated as a significant asset and leveraged across the organisation by engaging with business leaders to drive policy adoption, improve data management, and ensure consistent application of data standards.Reporting to the Head of Data and Insights, this pivotal position will sit on the Data Governance Steering committee and be responsible for the implementation of policies and processes; developing and embedding guidelines for data usage; identifying business objectives; providing insight on the impact of regulatory requirements for data management; leading investigations on potential data incidents; developing measurements for data management and governance; and project management.RequirementsTo excel in this impactful role, you will be recognized for your ability to visualize workflows and processes through data, and you will be driven by the opportunity to contribute to a humanitarian aid organization.
