This is a great opportunity for a PC ready to step into a new challenge working alongside our experienced site team on a retirement living project based in the Easter Suburbs!Responsibilities include but not limited to -Using Procore to initiate and manage workflows for services coordination, shop drawing coordination, manage all observations and defectsManage site inductions with subcontractors/tradesManage all subcontractor scope of worksManage all project RFIs in Procore and ensure timely close outManaging all relevant Council and Authorities permit applications, and building permit inspectionsAssist CA with issuing notices, procurement, invoicing and variations managementLiaising with suppliers on procurement lead time and meet delivery deadlinesAbout You -Relevant higher education/tertiary qualification in a construction related disciplineMinimum 2 years experience in a similar position within commercial constructionExemplary organisation and administration skillsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a team environment but able to work autonomouslyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry related software packagesWorking knowledge of Procore software is essentialReliable, trustworthy and passionate about your workBenefits of working with us We offer a range of employee benefits including paid parental leave (paid superannuation guarantee while on unpaid leave for primary carers), competitive salary package, birthday leave, learning & development opportunities, and social connections with the wider group.
