You''ll be the bridge between memobottle and our 15-20 (and growing) network of distributors and sales agents, ensuring they have the tools, insights, and support needed to succeed.Job Title: Sales Relationship ManagerCapacity: Full timeHeres what you can expect from the role:Relationship ManagementBe the primary point of contact for distributors and sales agents, maintaining regular check-ins and performance reviews.Enthusiastically build on existing relationships, and create fantastic new relationships via onboarding, ensuring they are long-lasting and genuine.Address any challenges or roadblocks, ensuring strong and productive partnerships.Exhibit and attend trade shows across the globe.Communication & Feedback LoopWork with our design, marketing, and content teams to ensure distributors and agents receive key updates, assets, and talking points.Collect feedback from partners and relay insights internally to refine strategies and processes.Content & Training CoordinationOrganize and deliver training sessions, ensuring partners fully understand and represent our products.Maintain a centralized content management system, keeping all sales tools, resources, and materials up to date.Collaborate with marketing to create regular EDMs (email campaigns) that support our sales network.Performance & Process OptimizationMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and reports to the internal team.Work with partners to set and achieve sales targets.Improve onboarding and sell-through rates of new and existing retail stores.Implement CRM automations and streamline communication between partners and memobottle.Best Practice SharingIdentify and share successful sales strategies and insights between partners to drive global success.Ensure that every distributor and agent is equipped with the best tools and knowledge to maximize sales performance.Who are you?You love relationships. Youre an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships and navigate challenges with ease.You have experience in B2B sales, wholesale account management, or distributor relationships.You have a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.Youre highly organized and able to manage multiple international partners across different time zones.You understand budgets, reporting and how to read sales data.Youre tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, sales dashboards, and content management systems.Youre excited to work with a fast-growing brand that blends sustainability, innovation, and design.You will require:Prior experience working in a sales or account management role.Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms) is essential.Confidence (but not arrogance you know the difference).Experience in order processing and management (from invoicing through to payment).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.A big-picture and creative mindset with a solutions-based approach to sales and relationships.A willingness for domestic and international travel to manage and run trade shows (4-8 weeks per year).Based in Melbourne and able to work from our office in Richmond with the memobottle team, while also having the flexibility to work from home.Why work for memobottle?memobottles mission is to inspire a more reusable society through the creation of convenient, practical, and beautiful products; to use business as a force for good; and to make the world a better place.
