In this role youll enjoy:Genuine work-life balance and flexible working arrangementsEmployee wellness program and a range of lifestyle benefitsValues-based culture and a team-oriented working environmentHigh level of technological innovation and systemsOur opportunity:The key focus areas of this role include:Foster a positive team culture through leadership, mentoring, and management of a diverse team of professionals.Work collaboratively to deliver an excellent customer experience and provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding business operations and services.Coordinate marketing activities and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders to increase visitation and participation.Deliver best practice strategies to increase giving, partnerships, and investment in the gallery.Coordinate the day-to-day business activities of MAG&M to provide value for money while supporting the delivery of services, minimising risk, and meeting statutory and legal requirements.Coordinate volunteers, including induction and other workflows, to ensure the effective management of volunteers within the Gallery.Manage the retail activities of MAG&M to provide a platform for local artists and designers and maximise revenue.Support the Manager Arts and Culture / Gallery Director to ensure that Executive Management and Council are fully briefed regarding issues impacting MAG&M and the sector.About you:Were looking for a proactive professional to join our creative, innovative, and dedicated team.
