And together, both sides of the bar create something special.Job DescriptionEveryones welcome, come as you areEnd to end project management and delivery of our venue refurbishmentsBased in BrisbaneAs the Development Project Manager, you will deliver and manage our refurbishment program for our hospitality venues in Queensland, from pre-construction through to hand over.Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:Delivery of the refurbishment program for Queensland venuesEnd to end project management of venue refurbishments including:Scoping of projectsManagement of DA process and governance around approvalsManagement of external consultantsProject management and delivery of construction workCreate and maintain project schedules, cost plans, tenders and specifications and standards for construction and fitout worksManage project budgets, builders scope of works documentation and contract administrationOngoing review of builders ways of working including scope, timings, materials and on-site costsQualificationsNow lets talk about you:Construction project management experience across hospitality sitesSignificant experience in end to end delivery of medium size projects from scoping to approvals to construction; ideally on the client sideStrong stakeholder managementExperience in the management of design, town planning and other consultantsRelevant qualifications in Construction or Project ManagementThis role will require regular travelThe benefits are good too!An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphys and other Endeavour Group brands.
