Our 99,600 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.Job DescriptionJoin our team as an Administration Officer on a fixed-term basis to cover a 12-month maternity leave. In this role, youll provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Electrical Engineering Services (EES) businesses.Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:Participate as part of the Industries Administration team and collaborate effectively within remote teams.Arrange Domestic and International travel for staff.Maintain personal and generic (shared) mailboxes.Manage onboarding of new employees and Subcontractors.Coordinate required training for staff and subcontractors.Update and maintain accurate data within job trackers.Set up new debtor accounts as required.Collect credit card payments as required.Raise, receipt and close out purchase orders.Review and maintain weekly purchase order reports.Process supplier invoices for payment as required.Manage invoicing within CLIMs and Oracle systems.Monitor daily invoicing robot and alert IT if system is offline.Complete a weekly invoicing reconciliation for CMT business.Update controlled documents as requested.Support Admin Manager and Business Manager with end of month processes as required.Assist admin team with keeping the office stocked and orderly.Assist with Ad-hoc admin duties as required.QualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative roleProfessional communication skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesHigh InitiativeAbility to work within teams and autonomouslyAdditional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?Working at SGS means joining an innovative, Global company.
