The Senior NDIS Program Officer will play a key role in developing, implementing and conducting NDIS activities in the Port Augusta area.Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentHours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pmLocation: Port AugustaVacancies: 1Benefits of Working with CBS Inc.:Access to generous Salary Packaging and confidential counselling through EAPMonthly mobile phone allowanceOpportunity for career growth and development within CBS Inc.Family friendly organisation with work-life balanceWorking in a supportive and encouraging work environment with people who are passionate about making a difference if that sounds like you, then we want to meet you!Responsibilities:Deliver services designed to maintain and develop employment skills, pre-vocational skills or recreational and community development skills to improve quality of lifeContribute to program design, coordination and reviewParticipate in meetings with clients families, advocates and other service providers where necessaryMonitor programs and complete necessary NDIS documentation including service agreements and input/maintaining SupportabilityDevelop the organisations capacity and capability in promoting and delivering NDIS support to current and potential future participantsAssist with providing training, information and communication to casual staff in relation to NDIS activities and their clientsMarket clients to employers for potential work and for work experience placementsAssist with new business development and promoting Beyond programs with internal and external customers, community groups, educational institutions and prospective participantsMeet required targets as set out in the KPIs documentMeet outcomes within budget and on timeAssist with participant transition to DESAssist and provide direction and supervision to team members while delivering program activitiesAssist the NDIS Coordinator with HR procedures: shortlisting, reference checks, sit on interview panelsGuide the development of communication and marketing resources relating to CBS Inc.
