A high attention to detail, efficiency, strong communication skills, and professionalism are all paramount in this role.You will be responsible for all aspects of the portfolio including:Oversee a residential property portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.Coordinate inspections, screen tenants, and prepare leasing agreements.Monitor and manage rental arrears effectively.
